ProsperUS Career & Enterprise Collaborative

ProsperUS recognizes that prosperity can be built through employment, entrepreneurship, or both. That's why our model is built around two connected pathways: Career and Enterprise. The Career Pathway helps participants prepare for employment, build new skills, earn credentials, and grow their careers through coaching, education, and workforce support.

The Enterprise Pathway recognizes entrepreneurship as a career pathway, not just something people do after getting a job. It supports aspiring and existing entrepreneurs through business coaching, training, technical assistance, strategic partnerships, and business development. As people's goals change, they can move between both pathways. Whether someone is building a career, starting a business, or doing both, ProsperUS is designed to support them every step of the way.

Participants move at their own pace and can return whenever they need additional support. Whether you're pursuing employment, launching a business, changing careers, or exploring both pathways, ProsperUS is designed to grow with you.
